1. Information We Collect

The information you choose to give us.

We may collect personal information you submit directly through the website, including when you contact us or sign up for updates.

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • The contents of messages sent through the contact form.
  • Your email address where you subscribe to newsletters or updates.
2. How We Use It

Only for clear operational reasons.

The information above is used to keep communication and customer support clean, practical, and accurate.

  • To respond to enquiries and support requests.
  • To communicate with you about an order or request.
  • To send marketing or update emails where you have asked to receive them.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and customer experience.
3. Lawful Basis

Why we are allowed to process it.

Where you contact us, we process your information because it is necessary to respond to your enquiry or take steps at your request. Where you subscribe to updates, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

To do that, contact us at customer@tmprd.co.uk or use any unsubscribe link provided in update emails.

4. Payments & Sharing

What we do not keep, and who may help us.

We do not store or process payment card details directly on this page. Payments and checkout-related details are handled by the relevant ecommerce or payment provider.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only where necessary with service providers that help us run the website, manage communications, or process orders and payments.

5. Retention & Security

How long we keep data and how we protect it.

Contact form submissions are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and maintain business records. Marketing email data is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or ask for deletion, unless there is a legal reason to keep it longer.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration.

6. Your Rights

What you can ask us to do.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for correction, ask for deletion, object to certain processing, restrict processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis used.

To exercise any of those rights, email customer@tmprd.co.uk.
