How your gear moves

Changes Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast once an order lands. If you need to change something, contact us immediately and we’ll try to catch it in time. Once your order is in production or already dispatched, we can’t change or cancel it. That’s the trade-off for getting your gear out quickly and consistently.

Address I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?

If you spot it quickly, yes. Message us straight away with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel has already shipped, we usually can’t reroute it. If it comes back to us, we’ll reach out and get it sorted.

Confirmation Didn’t get an order confirmation email. What now?

Check your junk or spam folder first. If it’s not there, your email may have been typed wrong at checkout. Send us your full name and the email you used, plus any receipt or bank reference if you have it, and we’ll help track it down.

Gifts Can I order a gift and ship to someone else?

Yes. Enter their delivery address at checkout. If you want it to land clean, put your details in billing and theirs in shipping. No fuss.

Coverage Where do you deliver?

UK only for now. We keep standards tight and delivery predictable. When that changes, we’ll make noise about it.

Timing How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within a few working days after dispatch, but timing can vary depending on production and carrier routes. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. That’s the live source of truth.

Costs How much is shipping?

Shipping will always be £4.49 for all orders.

Multiple Items Will my items arrive together?

Not always. If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate parcels depending on how they’re produced and packed. If they split, tracking will show you what’s coming and when.

Tracking My tracking says delivered but it’s not here. What should I do?

Check safe places first: porch, shed, bins, neighbours. Then contact the carrier using the tracking details. If it’s still missing, message us with your order number and we’ll help you push it forward.

Product & Fit

Getting the right size

Sizing How do I choose the right size?

Use the size guide on the product page. It’s built for that exact piece. Want a cleaner fit? Go true to size. Want room to move? Size up. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer call.

Consistency Do your items fit the same across products?

Not always. Different pieces mean different cuts. A hoodie and a tee won’t behave the same, and neither will two different tee styles. Always check the size guide on the product you’re buying. It’s there for a reason.

Shrink Are your pieces pre-shrunk?

Some are, some aren’t. It depends on the piece. Follow the care instructions and you’ll keep the fit where it should be. High heat is where most people lose the shape.

Quality What’s the print or embroidery like. Will it last?

We choose decoration methods built to take wear, not just look good on day one. Longevity comes down to care: wash inside out, keep temps sensible, and avoid high heat drying.

Colour Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We keep images accurate, but screens vary. Lighting, settings, and device displays can shift colour slightly. If you’re picky about shades, message us before ordering and we’ll help where we can.

Care How do I wash my TEMPERED pieces?

Turn it inside out. Cool wash. Avoid harsh tumble and high heat. Treat it like it matters and it’ll hold shape, colour, and finish for longer. Exact care notes are listed on each product page.

Drying Can I tumble dry?

We don’t recommend it. Heat is the quickest way to shrink, crack prints, and age pieces badly. Air dry if you want it to stay sharp.

Drops Are drops limited?

Yes. We don’t do endless runs. When it’s gone, it’s gone, and that’s the point. Fewer pieces, more intention.

Restocks Will you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes. Not always. If something comes back, it’s because it earned its place, not because we’re chasing noise. Keep an eye on the Newsletter for restocks and new drops.

Returns & help

Returns What’s your returns policy?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll put it right. For change-of-mind returns, eligibility depends on condition and timing: unworn, unwashed, and still in sellable condition. Our returns and refunds policy is the final word, but the principle is simple: if we messed up, we fix it.

Exchanges Do you offer exchanges for size?

We don’t do direct exchanges as standard. If your item qualifies for a return, you can return it and place a new order in the size you want. It keeps the process clean and avoids errors.

Damaged My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do you need from me?

Send us your order number plus clear photos of the issue, and packaging or label if relevant. The sooner you report it after delivery, the faster we can sort it.

Worn Items Can I return something if I’ve worn it?

If it’s been worn, washed, or smells like aftershave and regret, it won’t qualify for change-of-mind returns. Faulty items are different. If there’s a genuine defect, contact us and we’ll assess it properly.

Payments What payment methods do you accept?

Standard card payments and any options shown at checkout. If it’s there, it’s supported. We never store your full card details.

Security Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments run through secure providers and we don’t store your full card details. Simple.

Support How do I contact you?

Use the form on Contact. If it’s about an order, include your order number. It speeds everything up.

Response Time How long does it take to get a reply?

We will always aim to respond within 24 hours, and it will never be longer than 48 hours. We don’t do corporate fluff. We do clear answers and solutions.
